Timesailor is a progressive rock/metal band from Ankara, Turkey. The band has been formed with the name ââApoplexyââ in 2001. As Apoplexy, the band has played at lots of festivals and concerts in Turkey, recorded a demo named "Sun of Paradise" and gained their audience from all over the world. The band decided to change the name to ââTimesailorââ due to the increasing number of the bands named Apoplexy from other countries.

The biggest difference of "Timesailor" from other progressive bands is having both a male and a female singer in the group. After releasing the single ââSonbaharââ, the band focused on the recordings of the new album ââOnce Upon a Timeââ. This upcoming album includes the concept work of Timesailor named ââDreamwalkerââ, a 27 minute Progressive Rock Opera.

The band has recently released two songs from this upcoming album. You can listen these new songs ââThe Voice Withinââ and ââFlowââ, and the single ââSonbaharââ from Timesailorâs official youtube channel.
