Winkle is a new artist hitting the rock music scene with catchy melodies and lyrics. Born and raised in Knoxville, TN, Winkle was introduced into the music scene in 1999. When her first CD Reflection was released summer of 2000, she began sweeping the area with her soul searching lyrics and music. She got involved with a ministry called Soulworx that targeted 30 something's in the downtown area of Knoxville. It wasn't long after that when people began to take notice of her talent. Winkle's maturity as a musician is definitely shown in her second CD release, Standing Here. Voted one of the top new bands to play at Cornerstone Festival in Bushnell, IL, She is an artist to keep your eye on.
