LORI SMITH: Well, after a long time of being out of circulation, the material we did with Lori Smith is finally available as a download. Lori is a well-known fitness model who also has an extensive background as a Tae Kwon Do practitioner and instructor. Her kicks are absolutely spectacular, and there's plenty of them in this clip.
