Crochet pattern to create an heirloom Titanic Era crocheted baby quilt as shown in the photograph. This baby afghan matches the Bonnie baby sweater and bonnet design we also offer.

Material requirements are listed as: 6 balls Bear Brand Ladyfair Wool, White; 2 balls Bear Brand Ladyfair, contrasting color; 2 skins Bear Brand Pompadour in color; 1 crochet hook, No. 3.

The special stitch is the star stitch and very explicit instructions are given on how to make this stitch. There is also a photo of a swatch of the stitch.

Full and half star motifs are made and then joined together.

This republished antique or vintage pattern is in the English language and has been retyped from my old original and proof read by at least two experienced crocheters.
