The instruments and the music are real and so is planetary veteran Edward -Ted -Taber . Together with several holo clones and occasionally a little help from his friends he stands for the cyberband BeniKings.

FROM SCRATCH TO SOUND
A brief and unfinished story

In 2006 a red and white Fender winked Ted, then 56 and still having 10 virgin guitarfingers, into a London music shop and seduced him on the spot. Lured him into five years of finding the right touch to create the perfect sound.

Tedâs dream and idea to launch an album of own tracks and cover versions slowly started to shape itself. It required learning, and learning more... music notation, video editing, mastering the basics of Photoshop, Guitar Pro, Final Cut and Garageband. An absolute and permanent requisite being that all tracks can be played live, made him avoid all computerized effects.

The eight tracks made available to you are part of a bigger and still ongoing project, the full CD Sympathy For The Rebel .

Now, after five years of sweet and salty sweating the quintessence of all this experience is offered to you... and the sound of surf about to engulf you...and the world.
