Donald Isler is a prominent teacher and pianist in the New York City area. A graduate of the Manhattan School of Music, he has performed at Carnegie Recital Hall, Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center, on the Dame Myra Hess Memorial concert series in Chicago, and in other locations in this country and England. He has served on the faculties of many schools including the Brooklyn College Preparatory Center and the Diller-Quaile Music School. He currently teaches at the Bennett Conservatory of Music, and privately.
He has also been a member of the jury at the Juilliard School Pre-College concerto competition.

* The New York Times said âHis ability to keep momentum alive through long movements makes him a most satisfying sonata player.â
