Gerry Smoot aka G Smooth is a native of Owensboro Kentucky. He has been playing music since the age of 2 and grew up in a church setting. He has accomplished a few things in life. At the age of 8, he won 2nd place in a talent show called Kids of America. He really had first place the director told his parents, but the only reason he didn't get it because all of the first place prizes were for the girls. He also performed in High School band and participated in school function where he always was doing some form of music. Music is Gerry's life as you will tell by listening to every album he puts out. I think you better hear the music he does to see what I'm talking about versus me telling you.....
