this is the first recorded album by ghost peeps. self produced at the illustrious peeps ranch in san francisco jan. - may 2005, it shows the peeps in an early formitive stage. raw & cruddy. more punk. less talented. and yet, still the deliver the goods on this eight song foray into the depths of the unknown peeps sea. most of the songs were the first things written by the wright/gargiulo tandem team. "bad dreams" was in fact the first collaborative "ghost peep" song. many of the other songs, staples of the early ghost peeps show. it's all here. songs about making love to zombies and hanging yourself at christmas, among others. and no one else wrote a song about john ritter's passing. or if they did, it didn't rock as much as ours. yes, it's "peeps for sale" - a short, a sweet, a song studded, and yes, satisfying first record by ghost peeps.
