Who is Dr. Keith Jordan?
Dr. Jordan is just a person like all of you and therefore likes to be called Keith, or Dr. Keith if you really would like to be formal. Dr. Keith is a husband, a father, a son, a brother, and a friend. He feels it is his gift and calling to help people heal themselves from perceived symptoms of disease whether they are spiritual, emotional, biochemical, nutritional, or physical in nature. Dr. Keith is a person with a great love of God and respect for all paths that lead to this divine source of love. He believes everything in life has a purpose, every event is divinely planned, whether we can perceive it or not, and that every person has a special purpose they are working towards fulï¬lling.

He believes that all healing starts from within, and that healing is an ongoing process continually happening whether we are working on it or not. He truly believes that love heals all, and that the true purpose of all people is to love themselves and others without expectation of outcome or reciprocation.

Dr. Keith is a native of Cleveland, with a doctoral degree from the National College of Chiropractic located in Chicago. He worked in several multi-disciplinary practices along side medical doctors and gained an appreciation for both the strong points and shortcomings of traditional medicine. In 1996 he founded Optimal Health Chiropractic Clinic. Five years ago he was awakened from a dream/vision with tears in his eyes of the next clinic, a center for healing now known as Optimal Wellness Center. He shares this story so that you realize we are all part of this dream, and this dream could not, and would not have been possible without us all being the part of God we needed to be. He thanks you eternally for all your past, present, and future support of OUR dream.

Keithâs Journey
The ï¬rst disc included in this lesson outlines Keithâs journey from childhood to holistic physician and how he came to a partnership with God. Keithâs early life in suburban Cleveland was characterized by his natural inclination to always be in a hurry. This desire created a number of different situations that contributed to his realization that the easiest and most productive way to go about oneâs life is to âGet Out of Your Own Wayâ â to let God decide the direction and pace of life. Through a series of physical, spiritual and sometimes humorous experiences the child who always wanted to âpush the riverâ became the visionary holistic physician who got out of his own way and now allows God to work through him. Keith explains his extraordinary success as a healer and how God has and is working through not only him but also through his patients, friends and family (and indeed all of us!) to bring His message of how to Get Out of Your Own Way to everyone.

The Series and This Lesson
The Getting Out of Your Own Way series perfectly embodies the mechanics and beauty of getting out of our own way to allow God to work with and through us. In the Introduction Keith reveals that he was given the series title years before, but it wasnât until the ï¬rst lesson that the power of the phrase became apparent.

The second disc, Lesson One â âI Donât Know,â not only describes why it is good to get out of our own way but also how the lessons themselves are spontaneously composed. These live talks are inspirational in every sense of the word as they did not exist before they were actually spoken out loud by God and Keith at the time they were recorded.

âI Donât Know,â began as an invitational talk by Keith at Unity Spiritual Center in Westlake, Ohio, on Sunday, April 23, 2006.
