ARRRRRRR maties! This is Egon Stanz,creator of Gummy Boys,an imaginary band that I play all the instruments for (keyboards,drums,guitars,bass,and other crazy noises). This is the first album. Occasionally I might have a guest. Artie Stroog played keyboard and talked on "Sort of Has...Entertainment Value". The rest of the album is all me.

I don't know why,but a lot of people that hear Gummy Boys think that we're on drugs. We do NOT do drugs. What the grown-ups don't understand is that you don't have to be on drugs to have fun with your imagination. The wee ones do it all the time. That's what art (music,film,drawing,writing,etc.) is for.

As a rabbit insults a tree,so does a ninja need deodorant. A book will never eat what thinks itself to be a rectangle turkey. Something scratchy might happen if I celebrate the throwing of a kite into a blender owned by someone who will be half a year older on May 58th. Stop signs might one day take over the Nether World or even this world if ninjas don't prepare breakfast for someone in a jeep. Grits sometimes makes me wonder why submarines can't fly. 7 sometimes comes after 6 when the universe exists.
