Manuel Gutierrez nació en San José, Costa Rica rodeado de una familia llena de músicos y compositores sobresaliendo entre ellos Jose María Zeledón quien compuso la letra del Himno Nacional de Costa Rica.

El 10 de Julio de 1984, acepta al Señor como su Salvador.
Desde entonces empieza a servirle en campamentos cantando y dirigiendo escribiendo canciones basadas en sus vivencias personales.

Ha escrito alrededor de 500 composiciones y ha producido otros artistas bajo el sello de Lion of Judah Music.

En el año 1996, Dios llama a Manuel a tiempo completo deja su tierra natal y se va para los Estados Unidos. El Señor comienza a respaldar el ministerio de Manuel cuando es ordenado como Ministro de Adoracion en el año 2000. En cuyo periodo empieza su jornada ministerial sirviendo en diferentes congregaciones, radios locales, programas de television como TBN (Trinity Broadcasting Network) y Daystar. Tuvo la oportunidad de ministrar en Lakewood Church y el Astrodome entre otros eventos internacionales.

Actualmente es Ministro de Adoración de Community Christian Fellowship en Kingwood, TX donde ha servido los ultimos tres años. Manuel vive con su esposa, Melissa, y sus cuatro hijos.

Manuel Gutierrez was born in San Jose, Costa Rica into a family full of musicians and composers including among them Jose Maria Zeledón who composed the lyrics of the National Anthem of Costa Rica.

On July 10, 1984, he accepted Jesus as his personal Lord and Savior. At that time, he began serving in various youth camps, leading worship and writing songs based on his personal experiences.

In 1996, God called Manuel to full time ministry, leaving his native country and moving to the United States. The Lord confirmed Manuelâs ministry when he was ordained as Worship Pastor in 2000. At this time, he began his ministerial work serving in various congregations, and participating on local and international radio programs, television programs such as TBN (Trinity Broadcasting Network), Daystar and Family Christian Network in Costa Rica. He has also had the opportunity to minister at Lakewood Church and the Astrodome in Houston as well as other international conventions.

He has written more than 500 songs and produces other artists under the label Lion of Judah Music.

He currently serves as Worship Pastor at Community Christian Fellowship in Kingwood, TX where he has served for the last the three years. Manuel Gutierrez lives with his wife, Melissa, and their four children.
