conductor in Las Vegas and other locations around the world with such artists as Charo, Mitzi Gaynor, Kathryn Grayson, Jim Nabors, Kay Starr and John Gary. He has composed film scores and arranged music for TV shows. A native of Denver, Colorado, Danny started playing with
dance bands at the age of 15 and had his own jazz trio in college. After achieving a Bachelor of Music Education and Master of Arts Degree in Music Composition at the University of Denver, Danny studied film scoring with David Raksin and Earle Hagen. Danny plays David Raksinâs
most famous composition, Laura, on this CD. He also worked as assistant conductor at the Los Angeles Civic Light Opera and the Shubert Theater and as a consultant on movies. His playing is featured on the piano track of Corrina Corrina. Dannyâs interpretations of old standards and
his musical expertise and delightful personality are appreciated and applauded wherever he performs.
