Throughout life we are faced with boundaries and limits; such as when and where to go, and how and what to do. The group Hustle Hard is based upon breaking down the boundaries and limits placed upon southern hip-hop. Weâve often heard how southern artists are not lyrical enough and only want to talk about rims and jewelry; but now there is finally a down south rap group that is lyrically able to tackle complex issues this group is Hustle Hard!
Hustle Hard is a Central Texas rap group that consists of Bigga Dam, Lefty 2, A1, Lilâ Neph, and Sly Stigga. Soon after being created in 2004 they released the independent album Too Broke Too Pay Attention, and in 2007 the mix tape GrindSeason vol.1 will be available in select stores. Hustle Hard is also featured on the soundtrack to the independent film "Weekend Junkies" which will be premiering during the summer of 2007 at the Sundance Film Festival in Austin, Texas.
