Hi my name is Jorge Estrada. I was born in Guadalajara, Mèxico and Iâve been a musician for 26 years.
I studied in the Universidad de Guadalajaraâs music school and from the beginning I was attracted mainly to jazz. Since then, Iâve been fortunate to learn and play with many people that have significantly helped me along the way. I also have been to places that not even in my wildest dreams I thought I would ever be.

Kitty Margolis, Joyce Cooling, Richard Howell, Steve Baughman, Madeline Eastman, Claudia Gômez, Jimmy Haslip, Sandro Albert, Marco Da Costa, Luis Conte, Brandon Fields, Jimmy Branly, Dean Taba, Don Shelton from The Singers Unlimited and The Hi-Lo's, Carlos Estrada and Alejandro Fernàndez, with whom Iâve had the pleasure of working and touring with for the last 10 years.
