Writer and Artist: J.W.

J.W. is stimulated to try new things that he has never done before. J.W. wrote poetry and converted the poetry into eight songs on an Album sound track, entitled âFree on My Ownâ by J.W.

J.W. the Artist has never wrote musical lyrics or sang professionally, and recognizes that his vocal talent my be limited, but J.W. wants to make some contribution to the musical industry if possible.

It is J.W.âs hope for some musical industry entity to acquire his musical offerings (for recording/performance by some famous professional Artist), and to be anonymous in doing so.

J.W. connected with his alter ego to write literature and songs to escape from Corporate America employment. J.W. rebounds to new success and love described in his book "Product of Detroit"

In the book "Product of Detroit" J.W. is now an African American Baby Boomer male. As an adolescent J.W. lived poor in the inner city, on a collision course with drugs and crime. J.W. was successful as an degreed electrical engineer with many innovative accomplishments, but exposure to racism, discrimination, hatred, and corruption, practically destroys his quality of life. J.W. discusses his environment from childhood to his professional breakdown , how he was able to control his fear to be in tune with his muse. Album "Free On My Own" is an earlier out pouring from J.W. receiving spiritual guidance to be creative.

"Product of Detroit" could be considered political, socialogical, philosophical, spiritual, and inspirational.
