My "Intro"

Praise the Lord! I am delighted to introduce myself at this time. I am 38 yrs old; a husband of 18 years, and a father of 3 beautiful children. I have been in ministry for 20 years. My mother raised me in a Pentecostal setting from a little boy. At the age of nine years old, I remember singing at churches all around the norhteastern part of the country. Everyone knew me by the song I used to sing (" I made a vow to the Lord"). At the tender age of 9, I recieved Jesus Christ in my life, and has never looked back.

As I approached adulthood, I was already preaching the Gospel. While in the military, I was an ambassador for Jesus Christ. My 4-year, Army term was served during a period of "war-time", in this country. Just like our present-day soldiers, I too, served in Iraq. This time period was the Persian Gulf War (Desert Storm) of 1990-1991. During that difficult time in my life, I served my country and ministered to 'many' soldiers over there. I sang in 2 choirs there, preached every sunday and taught bible study.

Upon safely arriving back to the United States, my ministry was being taken to another level. I began to serve on varoius 'praise and worship' teams. Throughout
the last decade, I have helped varoius senior pastors establish praise and worship ministries, in their churches. Then the Lord blessed me to be ordained an Elder in 1999. Since that time, I have served as an assistant pastor at Worship and Praise Outreach Christian Center, in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania and Abundant Life Christian Center in Tobyhanna, PA.

God has blessed me and my wife, Evangelist Tonya Cabarrus, to be founders of a private-academy (charter school). From the period of 2001 to 2004, we served the community and promoted excellence in education. The academy was bustling with over 250 students and a 'first' of it's kind, in the community. We have since moved on to other challenges in our ministry and lives. I am close to completing my degree in Psychology; and my wife is a senior, executive contract administrator for a local government entity. We, also plan to open a "healing" house for women and men, in the near future and is involved in extensive prison ministry.

This CD project was actually supposed to have been completed in 2000. In fact, I recorded five songs and had them copy-written back then. Now, with a renewed desire to finish, I have re-mixed those original songs and added 6 more to make it a 11-song project. So, listen to this long-overdue work and be blessed, inspired and uplifted.
