Here's what I wrote about my previous CD The Other Side. The words seem pertinent again (although the production values, vocals, and breadth of styles represented on Undertow deserve special mention):

I could say this and that in praise of my new record. Melodies, hooks, punchy, tender, angry, funny, the usual powerful lyrics etc. But it's hard to hype your own work without feeling a little nauseated. All I really can do is invite you to listen.
