Ripping into the musical scene is a talented woman born in South Carolina and raised in Miami, BLAK.

BLAK is a multi-talented artist and entertainer that was born in South Carolina and raised in South Florida and considers herself a Miami native. BLAK began writing lyrics at the age of twelve and never imagined that she would later be hired to write and record (voice over) commercials for major clothing lines (FERGO Athletics). What began as a hobby (Songwriting) became her way of life soon after she began adding music to her lyrics. She has a long list of impressive accolades dating back to her pre-teens when she began her professional singing career with national recording gospel choir, The Ingram Singers. During her teen years, she performed and traveled with a female singing group called Vashtique and then moved on to an R&B female group that went by the name of Nu Soul.

Not many women can be considered a âProdigy of their Cityâ, but BLAK is special and is the answer to all your many questions.

Meet BLAK (alto), an attractive Prima Donna whose vocal uniqueness warrants much attention. Sheâs more than meets the eye! She has a sensual sound with the melodic R&B styling of Alicia Keys, Mary J and Jill Scott.
