This album was conceived with reiki treameants in mind, and is a series of atmospheric and imaginative journeys which take us into the eye of the storm. Here we find ourselves cocooned in a warm and comforting ambient sound bath, created with textures of floating harmonic patterns. After the rain we are warmed with beautiful sounds of sunshine and birdsong. Ideal for relaxation, meditition and therapeutic treaments.

Nicolas Croll, 32, is a composer and producer based in Bristol in the UK. After an extensive classical training at the Guildhall School of Music and London University he studied electronic music and technology at Bath Spa University. After recovering from an illness he conducted research into music and sound therapy, and is involved in providing sound therapy, meditation, and relaxation music to rehabs and other medical facilities. He also teaches meditation and is a reiki practitioner, a surfer and an artist.
Many of the recordings made at Ambient Arts, his label, involve psychoacoustic techniques, and these will be available on CDBaby or at www.ambient-arts.co.uk. These techniques actually reduce brainwave rates, and guarantee relaxation and even euphoric listening experiences. He has a range of guided meditations, and powerful guided hypnotherapy recordings too, which he has produced in conjunction with Jill Langford, a Bristol based Hypnotherapist.
