Flying between the once blue skies of creative freedom, musicians fell into clouds of gray restlessness, unable to move forward in their endeavors. It was time where corporate sharks ruled the airwaves,

Proceeding with relentless perseverance, Acoustic Revolution has begun the fight against the your typical, overproduced, fabricated musical garbage that has strewn the airwaves. This band offers poetic justice, detached from the regular crowd. Their voice is prominent, and has taken on a unique quality all their own. They are here to help free the minds of many music listeners, pulling them away from what has been pushed upon them. Acoustic Revolution is not just a band, but more of a mindset, a way of thinking. The music is an exploration of sound and lyrical themes, telling tales of the misplaced and the misguided, offering some type of solace for the lost. Leading Acoustic Revolution, John Salaway is a skilled guitarist, exceptional drummer, and talented songwriter that takes the music to a new extreme. With the help of his brother Michael "Mick" Salaway with backing vocals and guitars, the two have come together to break new ground in the music industry.
Settled within the Nashville area, Acoustic Revolution has started the fight for something real. Little is known about their background except for John's work with upscale artists from the United States to Germany, including recent work with the "Nashville Guitar Orchestra" led by Ben Folds. The Revolution has left many people wondering who these guys really are and how do they do what they do. But the fact remains, this band is about making music, real music in pure form. The music itself is a revolution, and the revolution is about to come full circle. Acoustic Revolution is taking the path that is less traveled, guiding our way to what music should be about------the music.
