Details:
The Bob Monk Singers are a four-part vocal harmony group consisting of a singer-songwriter, his daughter, and two longtime musical cohorts. Their CD Love in Four Parts was released in October 2006. Steve Leach writes the songs and plays acoustic guitar and other instruments. Daughter Kelley has been singing with her dad since before she could talk, but only in the past couple of years has started performing and recording. Steve met John Wilson (bass vocals, guitar) when he started singing and playing bass with John's legendary raunchy comedy-and-music show Bowley & Wilson (http://www.bowleyandwilson.com/), which entertained Dallas for 25 years. Steve has been performing and recording with Johnny for many years in a variety of vocal harmony-oriented groups. Johnny (baritone/tenor, bass guitar) is the mastermind behind Sergio in Acapulco, an eclecto-lounge project featured by The Lounge King (http://www.theloungeking.com/) and other similar lounge impresarios.
