Carroll R. Poseyâs soaring vocals and unique piano stylings are considered by many to be a praise & worship gold standard. His versatility and virtuosity doesnât stop there. Carroll is equally at home on stage with a Broadway tune or a Broadman Hymnal classic. His intimate connection with audiences worldwide garners critical acclaim and comparison to Josh Groban, Andrea Bocelli, and the legendary Keith Green, just to name a few.
Carroll is a gifted singer, musician, lyricist, songwriter, arranger, and communicator. He exhibits a down-to-earth humor and honesty that is both captivating and refreshing. Carroll has performed nationally and abroad in Austria, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Iceland and China. Locally, he has been seen on Christian television as a solo artist, quartet member, and worship leader.
Carroll holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from the University of Central Arkansas. His graduate studies include Piano and Vocal Performance at The Peabody Conservatory of Music of the Johns Hopkins University. As a Rotary Scholar, Carroll studied German at the University of Vienna, and Voice Performance at the Franz Schubert Conservatory, both in Vienna, Austria.
Carroll lives in Benton, Arkansas, a wonderful town 20 minutes south of Little Rock, with his wife, Cindy, and son, Grant. Their daughter, Celeste, is a freshman at the University of Arkansas.
