this cd is by request. it has been rumored that richard murrey didn't really care about doing "the blues"! why? well, he knows there's some awesome blues on the spacecoast. some strong players and deep grooves of blueness, so richard and the chevy fords gravitated towards more of a solid, straight on rock style. a few earlier examples of the blues crept in on previous projects and everytime they were played out, they got a rousing response and requests to continue "da blooze". why peoples was tossing babies in the air and yelling fer more. richard took all of this to heart and looked inside the soul where he's lived and played the "blooze" most of his life and so this collection found it's way to the studio and completion. just hope other bluesmen will find "blueness" in this... relate and groove on it. hope this will be the medicine lotza folks need to get by. once again, produced by steven cooper.
