CloudIX is an electronica / trance / ambient artist. It contains two people, Troy and Laura. Troy making the music, while Laura doing the vocals for the music. The vocals as of now have not been added on the tracks yet. But will in due time. There are also other vocalist such as Gina Rae, possibly Allie, Joanna and others.


Bio of Troy

Name is Troy Jones Cabal and was born in Iba Zambales, Philippines. I went to the US around the age of 4 and have continuously move from the east (NY) to west coast until I've settles in Casa Grande, AZ. And I am the one who creates the music. At first I was a solo artist, but I think having a singer in the group can make my song a lot more interested. OKAY, I admit it my good friend Kim told me I should.

I've started creating remixes since my freshmen year in Amityville, NY. Most of these remixes came from my favorite video games such as Final Fantasy, Sonic the Hedgehog, Mario, Chrono Trigger and among others. Before CloudIX, I was called TeaC for my first and last names initials. And I've made two albums with this name. TeaC Has Arrived and Confused. Most tracks from these two albums were distributed to my other two albums. (Down Albany Avenue and Radical Dreamer which are not sold in stores. I'm sorry... )

I've then changed it to CloudNine in June of 06 and then changed it to Cloud-IX to simply CloudIX which it is known now.

Since Aug of 2006, I've been making my own music for my first official CD, "Guilty Conscience" which should be release some time in mid 2007. All is left to do is add the vocals and it will be release. Time will tell on it's release...


Bio of Laura

Full name is Laura Thaxton and is sixteen attending high school as a junior. Orginally from New York for about a year and then moved and ended up in Scottsdale AZ. She has lived in AZ for about 7-8 years. She's not really a big fan of solo performing at first, but more and more it has given her an interest in performing. She has attended the Top Mixed Choir in school and has always been a singer her whole entire life, but only put in three years in choir. Before that she was in band for seven years. Her whole family are all musically talented and they sometimes stand around the piano and sing our hearts out. She'll be doing her first vocalist with Troy within the coming year as CloudIX. She as well as Troy hope and pray for the support of everyone!
