Patton Leather Rhythm has been making music together for almost 20 years with Joel, Galen and Dave as the core. We've had sax, trumpet, and a couple of guitar players enhancing our sound over the years. We originally started playing together in the worship band for Trinity Church in Cedar Hill, TX. All four gentlemen have great voices... Dave just doesn't have any control over his, though. (I can say that because I'm writing this...Ha)
PLR doesn't have one leader, we all equally share in bringing it all together. We love making music and get along splendidly. Dave has been slapping the heads since age 9...though for 4 years it was all on a rubber practice pad." My dad said it sounded like the wood chopper's ball when I would practice, but they still wouldn't let me out of practicing 30 Min a day.
