R.A.N. aka "Lord Blessed" was born and raised in Harlem, NYC. He has been writing, creating and recording hip-hop lyrics and music since the early age of 6 years old all of which is caught on old cassette tapes that he has to prove it. By age 13, he was already presented a production deal by a pair of famed, local, Harlem producers Vo and Pop. His skills are known and respected by many recognized and already successful artists and djs in New York City. He has appeared on several mix tapes in NY. He has performed nationally on television during the BET college tour. He has performances from the East Coast, Mid-West to the Dirty South where he has opened up shows for artists such as, John Legend, Kanye West and Slum Village
He has just released his debut album -"Anno Domini" produced by Cory "King Solomon" Phillips. He has established a reasonable level of rapport at several major labels like Def Jam, Sony, Capitol, J-Records where some unsolicited materials have been provided. However, he is currently working on his second independent album.
