Robbie Hazen is a singer/songwriter/musician from South Florida who is readily on his way to international superstardom. His music has been classified as âa mix of Incubus and the Bare Naked Ladies, with a splash of college flavor and catchiness that is matched by the best in the business.â His lyrics speak directly from his soul with wisdom well beyond his youthful twenty years of life. He is currently in school at the University of Notre Dame and is very involved in the music scene in and around the northern Indiana region. Robbie released a demo CD when he was 17 following a handful of solo acoustic performances in South Florida. The four songs were recorded within hours, and the CD was completed days after. He began distributing them, and found that the demand was growing rapidly amongst classmates and local South Floridians. After his first year of college he decided to take his music to the next level and what became of that was âRemedy,â a fully produced, mixed and mastered album. He worked with several professional studio and touring musicians in the making of this album, including 2-time Grammy Award winning engineer/producer Freddy Pinero Jr. The album was completed in late November of 2005, and showcases Robbie and Freddyâs creative abilities in the pop/rock genre. He has been performing at shows throughout the Indiana and Florida region promoting the album and is expanding his fan-base in both the Midwest and Southeast. He will be performing throughout the spring in the Midwest, and is then heading south to tour Florida throughout the summer months.
