I've been writing for all my adult life and I cannot remember how old I am anymore. I did some recording in the 80's but it was just to pass the time. The first half of the 90's I hardly wrote a thing, but since about '96 something clicked and songs started coming out again. I don't write quickly so I've only got about 40 songs in fifteen years, but I do spend a lot of time rewriting until each song says what I intended. However, nothing ever sounds as good as I hear it in my head. I don't wanna be a rock star, don't wanna be famous, just like writing songs.

But sometimes those songs won't stay in the drawer. These ten songs are picked from different times in my writing life, different cities, different friends. I locked myself away for a few months and re-recorded most of them, re-mixed others, and finally, after all these years, produced an album.
