Infectious and passionate, the debut EP album by Stuart Sakoda engages the listener with his dynamic vocal range, strong melodies, and soul-searching lyrics. Spanning nearly 5 years of songwriting, this album is a compilation of Stuartâs musical and spiritual journey since 2001. His introspective songwriting style brings to the surface the innate spiritual tensions deep within the soul, yet throughout his music there can always be found elements of faith, hope, and love that are the underlying principles for his inspiration.

But before Stuart ever wrote his first song or strummed his first guitar, he was a poet. Initially writing poetry just as an emotional outlet, he soon began to share his work with others and was fortunate to have several of his poems published in poetry books and local magazines. It was only a matter of time before his love for poetry and music would make a beautiful collision at the age of 16. This beautiful collision took place in the wake of the Beatles anthology in the mid-90âs which was the initial inspiration for Stuart to pick up the guitar. At the age of 17, Stuart wrote his first song, and would go on to perform for his highschool senior class, college talent shows and local venues.

Currently, Stuart is writing new material and looking for band members to launch in a new direction musically that he believes will be his most prolific material yet.
