The band collaborated with Quadruple-platinum producer, Ryan Stewart (Carly Rae Jepsen, Marianas Trench) who has recently had the #1 Canadian song on the Nielsen BDS Top 40 Chart, the #1 song on iTunes Canada, the #1 song on the Canadian Billboard Emerging Artist Chart, and the #1 Video on Much Music.

Co-producer and Steadiesâ frontman, Earl Pereira got his rock nâ roll pedigree as a founding member of the popular Canadian blues-driven rock band Wide Mouth Mason, who had two gold records, three JUNO nominations, and a host of other accolades and awards. Pereira has toured the world, playing over 3000 shows and opening for iconic artists like The Rolling Stones and AC/DC. He has worked with a roster of legendary producers including David Leonard (Paul McCartney, Prince), Joel Van Dyke (Aerosmith, Bryan Adams) and Todd Burke (Red Hot Chili Peppers, No Doubt, Johnny Cash).

In 2010, with demand for his side project on the rise, Pereira left Wide Mouth Mason behind to pursue The Steadies full-time. The Steadies have played over 500 shows including performances with Bedouin Soundclash, K-OS, Blue Rodeo, and Arrested Development. The band has headlined countless festivals across Canada and have showcased at the Winter Olympics, the Grey Cup, and at numerous industry conferences. This year, the band will open for The Roots, Great Big Sea, and Collective Soul as they make their way through the Canadian summer festival circuit.
