Formed in Toronto, Canada in late 2002, SFD is a hard rocking trio that delivers a wall of sound so ridden with angst that even their charged up ballads kick ass!

Fronted by vocalist and guitarist BRAD WILSON, who is backed by the powerhouse rhythm section of bassist KEVIN GOWIN and drummer Gil Roberts, SFD has garnered critical acclaim from both fans and industry people alike, with many comparing the band to such greats as Deep Purple and Led Zeppelin and declaring the band as The Real Deal.

Following the completion of their debut EP Six Feet Deep in the summer of 2003, the band broke into the Toronto club scene, performing at such famous clubs as The Horseshoe Tavern and The 360. In just a few short years, SFD has evolved into a highly capable song-writing unit that delivers gut-wrenching, in-your-face rock songs with meaningful lyrics that leave a lasting impression on the listener. In the second half of 2006 several of SFD's songs had found their way onto radio play lists around the world.

The band is currently promoting their second EP So Far Down which was released in August of 2006. In the past 6 months SFD has opened for big name acts such as Default and they continue to gain popularity through internet radio across North America and abroad and on terrestial radio at home in Canada and in Los Angeles. SFD is working on taking their act to the U.S. in 2007 and should have some dates to announce early in the New Year. SFD was also the studio band for Daniel MacMaster's latest solo CD Stone which was released in the fall of 2006. For those that don't know, Daniel, who was an MTV darling, is the former vocalist of the hugely popular band Bonham that received much attention in the late 80's and early to mid 90's.
