E Vassar Nadir is a mix of live recordings from 2001-2006 by Stevie Seven, creator of 5AMconductions, a DIY label under which music and various visual art is produced.

This self-released CDr is a result of the various ventures that have taken place since early cassette recordings in 1992, influenced by industrial music, dub, metal and noise.

Tactil Vision has been included on a few compilations from the American underground electro/noise/industrial scene over the past few years and is finally being compiled on mix CDs inspired by DJ mix tapes.

The title means loosely, "from the lowest point can one only be truly enlightened".

The artwork is taken from one of various pieces of acrylic on paper paintings done in 1999 which parallel the music perspective of the inspiration of natural or fractal patterns.

This album explores deconstructionist cut-and-paste processes and resampling techniques and includes input from collabrator Royce Icon on the final two tracks, who reviews music for industrial.org.

This is the first release in a series of albums to be released of material from the inception of 5AM.
