The Kevin Townson Group is an instrumental group specializing in their own unique blend of Flamenco and Latin Jazz sounds.
Kevin Townson holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Classical Guitar performance from the University of North Texas and has performed extensively throughout the North Texas area as both a solo Classical Guitarist and with his group.
He is currently Director of the Childbloom Guitar Program in Weatherford, TX, in addition to serving as adjunct faculty at Tarrant County College and Tarleton State College.

"Pictures from Spain" was the debut CD from The Kevin Townson Group. This is a collection of original instrumental compositions which features the high-energy dance style of the Flamenco Rumba and includes the softness of the Bossa Nova.
