This is my third CD and I am especially excited about this one because it is my first collaboration with my son, Roy IV, and daughter-in-law Denise Dodson. It's a family thing!!

Take a listen to the first track, Ain't Nothing Like The Real Thing. My son, Roy IV is rappin and his wife, Denise utilizes her sultry voice to make the song come alive.
The background vocals on all tracks are are done by me as well as all synthesized keyboards.

This CD was truly a labor of love and I think you'll agree that the final result shows it.

I studied orchestration and arranging at Cal Sate LA and make good use of my studies with my string and keyboard arrangements.
My style ranges from gospel, to the blues, to jazz, and beyond. I grew up listening to the Motown sound and James Brown and Otis Redding. You'll hear some of all of that in my vocal style.
