Drawing their influences from the Beatles, the Clash, Paul Weller, Led Zeppelin, the Ramones, the Rolling Stones, Shane MacGowan, Jimi Hendrix, and Johnny Cash, The WILD DEER are a new rock & roll band who combine elements of traditional British and American rock & roll music to create their own easily-identifiable sound.

Produced by Leo Overtoom, known for his work with Ben Folds, The Wild Deer's 11-song debut cd "LIVE FREE" features New York Dolls lead guitarist Steve Conte on "Watch Your Step," and Felice Rosser of NYC rock band FAITH, who sings on "Like Dragonflies" and "Grass."
