Johnny and I met at a church in Alhambra, California in the summer of 2000. Johnny was a church cantor and I was trying to find a singer to form a band and sing the songs I'd written about God, life, our planet, and all my broken relationships..:) We got together one day and discovered that we both shared the same dream...we wanted to someday rule the Rock and Roll world! Actually, as we had given plenty of our time, money and efforts to our church, we really just wanted to reach a bigger, grander audience...and spread a positive, poetic mood, and rock out at the same time! Steven joined around the end of 2005, practices began in february 2006, and Steven, as we discovered, also has that same R&R dream! That's right, the R& R dream...ahhh, it feels goood!...Ringing guitars, redemption themes, and thought-provoking lyrics was, and still is, the order of the day! Luis âChocâ Campos, drummer extraordinaire, who at 25 is an established drum teacher, joined the band in late 2006. The band played a few gigs in mid 2006, but the demand for a âfinished productâ, a so-called CD, was so high (it was a public outcry!) that the band spent four months of 2006 in a studio recording what is now âSomeday Never Comesâ, our first full length cd. So here we are...trying to take over the R&R world...hello, cdbaby...you're just the first step!
