insomnia 1 - A favourite insomnia session that should leave you sleeping before you even have the chance to remove your earphones!

The session guides you down to delta, increases SMR levels (Sensory Motor Reflexes) whilst also playing soothing white background noise to quickly relax you and block out exterior distractions.

More sessions are due without 'SMR' which may suite you more if your levels are presently fine.
