Details:
HOODFELLAZ - DEFINITION - Individuals from different hoods united, with the intent of coming - up, while
bringimg the hood with them.
It all began with Dolo Kopone {a.k.a. Paul Johnson Jr. He would make beats and we would all ryhme over
them. Our first appearance on wax was On The Grind's (a record label) "From The Ground Up." Unfortunately
Dolo Kopone died before the album was ever released. (R.I.P. Dolo Kopone). There are many members of the
Hoodfellaz all over Texas, but we are mostly based out of Lubbock, TX. The Hood fellaz project "Volume 1" is the
first of many Hoodfellaz projects to come.
If we were to describe our sound it would be southern gangsta hiphop with a West Texas country dialogue.
We've done some shows with Bone, Big moe, D.J. DMD, NBK (Nasty boy Klick), Sicc made musicc, Me and Mine
Entertainment, SPM, King George, Southern Saucy, Wrekless Clan, LBK Mafia, U.C.Q, Rappers House, MR. Coop
and more.
