Jen is silly, so the music is silly-often overly dramatic or just weird. I Love Jen. is not really confined to any one genre, but generally the music is upbeat and positive pop.

I love this girl Jen and she says I don't write enough songs for her. In her perfect world I would be constantly writing songs of praise and worship of her goddess-like form and singing her to sleep every night. Well, at least now she'll have a full album (she currently has six skillfully crafted songs in her possession from I Love Jen! -- which I guess constitutes a short album, but they were not conceived as such).

Love Story was written in 28 days for the RPM challenge over at http://rpmchallenge.com, and includes such great memes as puppy pirates, immortal highlanders, and angst filled astronaut stalkers.

I Love Jen! has been writing songs since some point in 2006 .. maybe a couple towards the end of 2005.. I have a hard time keeping track. The songs span genres, but often include electronic elements and piano. And mostly the topics of the songs have something to do with loving Jen or about the things Jen loves. This RPM Challenge album is the first full length I Love Jen! album ... lets call it the debut album for I Love Jen!
