Melbourne based solo artist, James A Peden, brings a fresh and inspired new sound as he seeks to produce a sound that will set him apart from other artists in the music industry.

James is known for his unique soulful husky vocals and edgy emotional rock sound, best described as âModern Electro Rockâ, with an intelligent blending of the sounds of the 80âs, funk, soul and guitar/keyboard driven rock. It would be easy to compare Jamesâ sound to groups such as U2, Delirious, Coldplay and Switchfoot, yet there is a sense of clear originality which shines through in his music to surpass any clear comparison to any current or past artist.

James started playing in church at the age of 11, as a keyboard player, and has since developed his skills as a singer as well as playing guitar and bass, although his main focus is on singing, playing keys and composing. James frequently performs his own original music in churches, at youth events, festivals, outdoor events, community outreach events to name just a few.

"My mission is to create a new experience through music. A sound that people haven't discovered before as well as bringing them to the realisation of the real truth in life".

Now at 22, James is pursuing his music as a full time endeavour, to take his music out to as many people as he can, within Australia as well as overseas through the assistance of a supportive record label and professional management.
