Connie is about to retire and realizes that she has spent years writing her list of dreams without ever getting up off the couch and living any of them. She dedicates herself to following her dreams and the rest of the book shows you how those dreams unfold. Linda Smith has released a cd called the Sunday List of Dreams based on this commitment to living out your dreams. She has captures the sense of excitement and the enthusiasm one has when embarking on such an adventure.
