LOVE AND MAGIC - Richie and Linda Pollock and Alan Friedman - After 34 years of marriage and music, Linda and Richie are still on their honeymoon, celebrating the magic of love through their original children's music. Linda's brother, Alan, joins them on this lively CD, adding his wonderful harmonies, brillant musicianship and professional arrangements. They combine consciousness for kids with playful interactiveness that is tremendously well received wherever they perform. Linda and Richie have published two, beautifully illustrated children's books, entitled "Callie The Caterpillar's Greatest Adventure" and "Seymour's Winter Leaves", both of which share conscious messages with young children. Their other CD, "Love and Magic - Spoken Word And Song", for adults, reflect their inner connection to heart and consciousness that heals and inspires. Richie and Linda are featured in the book "Love Letters Of A Lifetime - Romance In America" by the late Dana Reeve, wife of Christopher Reeve and former host of Lifetime Television. Linda is from Montreal and Richie is from Brooklyn. They met in Copenhagen, Denmark and wrote each other love letters for 4 years without seeing each other before they got married, and that is why they were chosen to be in this book. They are also featured in the book "Working Musicians" by Bruce Pollock of BMG Music, alongside such notables as Paul Simon, Bruce Springsteen, Carole King, etc. Here they describe their history as international street performers. They are presently producing a book and line of greeting cards, marrying Richie's inspiring lyrics with the enchanting paintings of violin virtuoso, Julienna. They hope to touch people's hearts with their message of hope, gratitude and the possibility of peace within the heart of each human being on the face of this earth.
