THE ANNUNAKI -

In short, the music of The Annunaki is a product of black-metalers gone acoustic. Both members have extensive classical backgrounds with their instruments and listened to a hell of a lot of metal growing up... and still do. Sweeping through listeners' ears like a wave of "What the hell is this?" is the current effect of their music on the scene, ultimately followed by an open welcome from their audience. Though the project has so far remained acoustic, Matthew and Natt are tailoring their music to suit the placement of a drummer and a cellist for to get loud one day. Together they harmoniously weave an aural tapestry of classical, medieval, jazz, progressive, and black metal-induced melodies. Though their presence is naturally dark, their music is warm and melodic, luring listeners of many kinds.
