The 2005 year marked a new beginning for Recording Artists, Cristian Mogosan and Samuel Druhora releasing their first album together âPanis Angelicusâ.
Music in the 21st century is continuously braking down boundaries, and âPanis Angelicusâ has done just that, creating a whole new genre of pure classical orchestration with a mild twist of pop-rock, and "opera cross-over". This compilation of great Religious and Traditional classics as well as original pieces written and produced by the two artists themselves will leave you with something new in every track of this album. The title âPanis Angelicusâ comes from original Latin meaning, Bread of Angels. Written by Cezar Frank in the mid 1800âs, it is a call to the body of Christ. The album is a Production of Palagia Entertianment (www.palagya.com) with original arrangements done by Stefan Novac conduction the Dinu Lipanti Philharmonic Orchestra, Satu Mare.

Born in Cluj-Napoca, RO Cristian Mogosan is a deep rooted musical guru who has written and recorded several songs with various artists in Romania and the US. Cristian has performed live the classical masterpieces of Mozart, Verdi, Puccini, and just recently had his debut performance of âLa Boehmeâ at the Romanian National Opera. As former lead tenor for the Gospel groups, Transylvania Gospel and Shalom, Cristian performed live all over the Romania, EU and the UK. Being the oldest child among two, Cristian grew up studying piano and French horn under the guidance of his father, professor and International Opera Star, Dr. George Mogosan. Cristianâs remarkable vocal talents have earned him 1st place in The Romanian Lied Competition. Cristian has graduated from The George Dima Music Conservatory and is now enrolled in the Masters program and a Stage Directors Bachelors program at the conservatory.

Also, Born in Cluj-Napoca, Samuel Druhora is the first cousin of Cristian. Samuelâs first encounter with music came after a church choir audition with Dr. Daniel Gadalean in 2003. Samuel began his vocal discovery with the guidance of Dr. Gadalean, auditioning for the Chicago College of Performing Arts, Roosevelt University. Samuelâs remarkable vocal abilities earned him acceptance for the 2004 -2005 year under Professor Michael Best. In 2005, Samuel transferred to the George Dima Music Conservatory to study alongside Cristian under the guidance of Dr. George Mogosan and Dr. Alexandru Farcas, Director of the Romanian National Opera, Cluj-Napoca. Samuel recorded and toured throughout Romania with various artists performing live songs and arias for the Tsunami Relief Fund. Currently Samuel is working on a debut performance of âLa Traviataâ by Giuseppe Verdi and is expected complete his degree at the Conservatory in 2008.

Following the 2006 release of âPanis Angelicusâ, Cristian and Samuel have toured to over 20 major cities of the US and European countries of, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy Switzerland, Spain...etc performing live at National Operas and other Organizations. Cristian and Samuel are working on their second album expected to be released fall 2007 in the US and EU, along with a Christmas Album in December 2007.
