In their cores we got each sensation, smells and evocations that only the rainforest can give us. Our emotions went joined with the spirit of the rainforest, and it told us the story.

Schironi



Enrique Schironi Mazzei (Caracas, Venezuela - Aug 14 / 1954) was seven when went to the music school.

In the first half of his life, Schironi played keyboards on rock bands in the underground Caracas, made music for multimedia games and put his music on some commercial ads. Meanwhile, he became a mastering engineer, lending his ears to the music market in Venezuela and other countries nearby. Many artists, producers and sound engineers trusted in Enrique, so he put his hands and ears over their works to get the âbest make upâ for them. In his free time, he got influences from Pink Floyd, King Crimson, Cream, Beatles, Bach, Yes and many latin representative musicians like Carlos Santana and Rubén Blades.

The second half of his life begins with this record, âMELODÍAS DEL BOSQUE HÚMEDOâ, a critical production declared by the Costa Rican 'Ministerio de Cultura, Juventud y Deportes' a âPUBLIC INTEREST WORKâ, for its positive message over the natural environment of Costa Rica in order to citizens and turists get conscience in harmony with the natural world around.

In Costa Rica, "Fundación Neotrópica" (www.neotropica.org) gets a fee from each sold CD: "With the purchase of this CD
you contribute to the programs that promote the intelligent and equal use of the natural resources and the environment in Costa Rica".

âMELODÍAS DEL BOSQUE HÚMEDOâ was full digitally recorded, environments in the rainforest first, then mixed with soft-original-texture-melodies, and finally post-produced with top of the line digital tools.

Actually, Enrique doesnât know how long his second part of life will be. While living, he thinks and acts like all goals in the human life must keep in mind that the planet is a living being and we are only very little actors in the stage:
