Angelica Lynn Cain has been singing since before she could talk. By the age of three, she knew most of the Motown classics by heart. She was born in Denver, Colorado, but she has lived in Westminster her entire life. Truly, Angelica is a fan of all genres of music, from R&B and Gospel, to Rock, Alternatives and Hip Hop, to Opera, Classical and even some country. Influences range from Tina Turner, to Billie Holiday, to Freddy Mercury to Aretha Franklin...the list goes on. She has been actively involved in music all her life. For the past four years of high school, Angelica has been heavily involved in the music department. Her main focus has been in a group called Raging Harmonies, an a cappella singing group comprised of eight students: four boys, four girls. The group performs contemporary music in and around the community. On her own, she has been writing music since she was six. The first song she ever wrote was a Gospel song. Since then, she has written several songs that were well received by her peers and people alike. Her lifelong goal is to be a "legend": ambitious, yes.
