Shortly after releasing their first full-length album "In Vacant Fields," Bandazian won a deal at Echo Mountain Recording to track the "Crocodile Tears EP." In addition to a colorful new version of "Crocodile Tears," the EP includes three new songs, written over the two days preceding the studio time. Recorded on analog tape by accomplished producers Danny Kadar and Bill Reynolds, the EP expands Bandazian's hip indie-pop sound, while preserving their mellowed vintage aesthetic. The EP was mastered by Fred Kevorkian (whose recent credits include The White Stripes, Dave Mathews Band, Willie Nelson and Iggy Pop) in his New York studio.
