jacobâs road, based out of Nashville, Tennessee is passionate about worship and sharing music with all that will listenâ¦

âA church we attended before moving to Nashville challenged us to use what we had in our hands to go BE the church! Music was in hand...leading worship around the country and challenging people to experience an encounter with Jesus through music is how we've gone about being the church. God has allowed us to present Him through music everywhere from National Youth Specialties events to wilderness campsites across the United States. But what jacob's road has morphed into over the years, by God's design, has been more about being a relational ministry that coincidentally plays music. Not just another band in an ocean of millions...â

Many of the events jacobâs road is part of [retreats/camps/conventions] allows them the opportunity to develop relationships with a few students and leaders. âThere is a disconnect that occurs between the stage and the audience on a personal level. That's why it is so important for us to have as much face time with those students and leaders as possible. Taking the time to invest is what Jesus did with His disciples! That is the model He has laid out for us to follow.â Invest in a few, change the world!
jacob's road is working hard at keeping it simple...loving people, investing in lives where we can, and teaching that worship is more than a song-- it's a lifestyle.

âOur music is about what we believe, and how what we believe makes a difference in our âroadâ through life. Weâre certainly not ashamed to stand up and talk about how much weâve been transformed through Christ. This music is something that people can use to edify their lives with, and hopefully it will make someone seek out God in a new way everyday.â

jacobâs road began in March of 2003, and since then, the road has been a little bit of a rocket ride. God has placed us in many venues across the United Sates working with such artists as Charlie Hall, Billy/Cindy Foote to Grits and speakers like David Burke and Chad Kingsburyâ¦âYou only dream of working with such peopleâ¦Weâve always found ourselves at a better place than where we started when God lead the way. This kind of stuff you canât make upâ¦We often ask ourselves, âHow did we get here?â

This record shows versatility. âYou can hear us do the rock set to the coffee house set all in the same record.â Many of the events we do, we are asked to lead in worship. Not every event needs the full band. We strip it down to the acoustic guitar and djembe when called for.â This record allows people to hear what we are capable of bringing to an event! Enjoyâ¦
