From a young age, it was clear that Natalieâs fate was to lie somewhere in music. Beginning at the tender age of five, Natalie began developing her voice, influenced by the styles of Joni Mitchell, Alanis Morrisette, and Sarah McLachlan. By twelve she had formed the band Kokomo with her father and older sister. Kokomo played locally for 3 years, doing over 200 shows. After that, Natalie added a new passion to her love of musicâsongwriting. She has spent the last three years in the recording studio with her friend, producer, and recording engineer Roger Hanner. She has to date recorded enough original songs to fill four full CDâs with her alternative-style music. Now only 18 years old, Natalie writes songs with the wisdom of the ages. These four songs, featured on her self-titled debut, illustrate her wide diversity and touching lyricism. We would love to hear from you and have you tell us what you think.
