This is the last recording of the Strobert Brothers,
due to Andrei Strobertâs death in February, 2006. Andrei and I have performed nationally and internationally with many great musicians, either separately or together. Ex: (legendary) Roy Haynes

(legendary) Dr. Ken Makanda McIntyre,
(Bassist) Anthony Jackson, Roy Campbell and a host of others.
What makes this recording so great is that nothing was
written, nothing was discussed, and no preconceived notion of what was to be recorded.
Andrei called me on the spur of the moment and said
he wanted to record as soon as possible. The recording took
place the next evening. Bryce Sebastien was added on bass.
Heâs a well rounded bass man whom weâve performed with
on various occasions, and known for yearâs.
Maybe Andrei knew something special was going to happen because from the time we entered the studio there was an unexplainable presence of awe.
Every selection on this CD takes you someplace else, in a wonderful way. Whoever started first, thatâs where the vibe went, on each selection on the CD.
